"Today children aged four and five are entering the circle. Child of four wants to diet. Doesn't it seem sick?" Asks Adi Barkan.
Simply You offers a coloring book for boys and girls to promote a real body image.
The story was written by child writer, journalist and poet Smadar Shir.
The campaign, launched in 2014, came to spread the main message of simply you: We have been lied to for years, a distorted body image has been created using digital processing, and now we have no idea what is real and what is not.
We asked dozens of people around the world to join The video And the revolution: pick up your shirt and show everyone how a real body looks like - without Photoshop. Diego Maradona took pride in revealing his upper body, followed by a series of models and ordinary people. The video ends with the call of Aya Barzani, suffers from anorexia since 1996: "Stop killing us. Please, no more Photoshop".
In the first 2 months on our YouTube channel, more than 300,000 people watched it in The campaign's facebook page Everyone is welcome to post their own real images, and to love themselves and their bodies - without Photoshop. You too are invited to upload your real images to our page.
